FAQs
What makes your approach to real estate different?
My first priority in any transaction is my client. This should be a given in this industry, but oftentimes, it is not. I value open communication, and I enjoy building our relationship based on mutual transparency and trust. I value coaching and educating clients through a myriad of circumstances that inevitably will arise.
What state are you licensed in?
I am a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Pennsylvania. I focus my business on the markets I know best, which are located north of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. These markets include Huntingdon Valley, Rydal, Jenkintown, Meadowbrook, Bryn Athyn, and Elkins Park. The associated zip codes are 19006, 19046, 19009, and 19027.
How do you help first-time buyers feel confident?
Buying a home is an intense rollercoaster ride of emotions. Everything from excitement to fear all the way to relief, you are more than likely going to experience them all. Many first-time home buyers (and beyond, really) don’t go through the buying process often enough to ask the right questions, look at the documents provided by the sellers closely, or adapt to the changing market. I make sure to quickly go after the home you want, and also craft creative offers that will help you get a head of many other offers.
Do you work with both buyers and sellers?
Yes. I enjoy working with both sellers and buyers that are within my market zip codes of 19046, 19006, 19009 and 19027. Any potential clients outside of these zip codes, I generally like to refer out to my network of amazing realtors. I do this in order to serve you best, since it is hard to know about real estate markets even just a few miles away, and I don’t ever want to offer you anything less than what I have direct experience with.
What is Home Health?
Home health is exactly what it sounds like: Looking at the state and quality of your home’s most important internal systems, such as water quality (well and public), electricity, air quality, chemical usage, etc. You spend the majority of your time in your home, so it is imperative that your home supports your health efforts just as much as you do on your own body. Clients can choose their own adventure when it comes to how in-depth they choose to go with their home health.
Can you help me spot mold or indoor air issues?
Yes. Mold can be very tricky in that your home doesn’t have to smell like your typical musty home in order for mold to be present. Different molds have different smells, and also no smell. We wll work together, along with additional mold professionals as needed, to learn what to look for, what to test, how to remediate, how to maintain proper home humidity, and how certain areas of your home (like your HVAC system) become mold hot spots. Remember, no home (and I do mean no home unless it’s a concrete Brutalist home) is ever 100% mold-free. The goal isn't perfection, but management and getting the mold levels down in your home, combined with supporting your own body’s natural detox pathways (liver, kidney, lymphatic fluid, glymphatic fluid, skin, and stomach).
Do you offer virtual consults?
Yes. If you prefer, you can meet virtually for coaching and home health guidance.
Do you share education on topics such as minerals, sleep, and simple daily practices?
Yes. I really do enjoy sharing what I have learned both in my personal and professional journey, which can look a little different than a lot of “influencers.” My interest doesn’t lie in influencing anyone, but rather in sharing my experiential home health and personal wellness tips.
Are your services medical advice?
No. Your sessions are educational and supportive. When it comes to your health and diagnosis/treatment plans, always stick with your practitioner’s treatment and protocols.
How do we get started?

What areas do you serve?
For any real estate agent services, I am licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. I primarily focus on the markets in Jenkintown, Rydal, Meadowbrook, Huntingdon Valley, Bryn Athyn, and Ekins Park. The associated zip codes are 19046, 19006, 19009, and 19027. For a Home Health consultation or Health Coaching, we can meet either virtually or locally, depending upon where you live.
Do you coordinate with other pros (inspectors, labs, practitioners, or contractors)?
Yes. I never pretend that my expertise extends beyond what I know and what I am licensed to do. I have spent many years working with professionals, and I have curated my own personal preference list of who to use that I readily share with clients. For practitioners and physicians, I have a few that are both local to Southeast Pennsylvania that offer virtual consultations as well..
